Partial truth delivered in sequence is sometimes the most responsible form of truth. Not a lie. A bridge.
When It Applies
When delivering the full picture immediately would cause freeze, panic, or worse decisions than a sequenced reveal would. Emergency dispatcher. Crisis coordination. Any situation where truth overload destroys the action that makes the truth survivable.
Dignity Rule
The person receiving partial truth must be treated as someone worth protecting, not deceiving. The full truth arrives. The sequence just makes it landable.

It moved through office satire, family care scenes, a military pilot scenario, and eventually arrived at emergency dispatch as the strongest civilian frame for the partial-truth mechanism.
