## Definition

The full truth is real and will be delivered. The sequence protects thinking capacity until the person can act on it.

## When It Applies

When delivering the full picture immediately would cause freeze, panic, or worse decisions than a sequenced reveal would.

Examples:
- Emergency dispatcher guiding a caller step-by-step before explaining full threat
- Crisis coordinator giving calm instructions while managing the larger situation
- Any situation where truth overload destroys the action that makes the truth survivable

## What This Is Not

This is not manipulation for personal gain.
This is not avoiding accountability.
This is not softening hard news indefinitely.

It is truth delivered at the speed a system can survive.

## Dignity Rule

The person receiving partial truth must be treated as someone worth protecting, not deceiving.
The full truth arrives. The sequence just makes it landable.
