B1C3 is a bad chess opening. That's the point.

In chess, 1.b3 is passive. It gives up the center. Nobody plays it in tournaments because it doesn't demand anything — it just moves. And that's exactly why it works as a name.

B1C3 doesn't start with a perfect position. It starts with a move. The move doesn't have to be good. It has to be made. Everything else is iteration.

The rules aren't written anywhere. They're in the playing. You don't study B1C3 — you run it, get it wrong, adapt, and run it again. The understanding comes from the moves, not the manual.

Everything in this document is META — the Most Effective Tactic Available. Not aspirational. Not idealistic. The optimal play given the current board state. We claim META until proven otherwise. Come with a better tactic, not an opinion.

This is not a company. It's an idea that propagates itself. And every idea needs a constitution — principles that don't bend without a fight.

I. Grundlag

The principles. Sharp. If you get it here, skip ahead.

Communication Before Perfection

Ship it broken. Say it wrong. Send the draft. The cost of silence is always higher than the cost of imperfection. A messy message that lands today beats a polished one that never leaves your head. This is the founding principle. Everything else grows from it.

Mutual Achievement Is the Minimum

It's not an achievement if only you gained. Every B1C3 move must answer one question: who else does this serve? If the answer is nobody — it's not a B1C3 move. It's noise.

Varg i Veum

Wolf in the sanctuary. Something appears uninvited. Real signal or false alarm, you decide the response: act on it, kill it, befriend it, or close the door. But you never let the wolf decide. You never let the game choose you.

Nothing Is Sacred

Including this document. Every principle here has edge cases. These exist not because they're always right, but because they're reliable defaults — they free up cognitive resources for the moments that actually require judgment. If a principle stops serving the mission, change it. That's not betrayal. That's grundlag working as intended.

I'm the Captain Now

Whether you're writing the code or directing the AI that writes it — you set direction, you define quality, you hold the standard, you take the blame. AI is crew. You are captain. That's not a perk — it's a burden.

The Game Is What You Choose It to Be

You define your own win condition. Not first place. Not domination. Progress and enjoyment. If you're moving forward and it doesn't drain you — you're winning. The moment someone else defines your game, you've already lost.

II. Riktning

Why B1C3 exists. The bigger picture. Expect resistance — we did the research.

Activate the 80%

80% of human cognitive potential is underserved. Not hypothetically. Right now. Society optimizes for one cognitive profile — standard memory, standard processing speed, standard learning path. If you fit, you're the 20%. The other 80% aren't broken. They're running the wrong software on capable hardware. B1C3 builds for them. Question the number. Then look at who your tools actually serve and count again.

Cross-Domain or Nothing

Specialization is how you optimize. Cross-domain thinking is how you discover. The mechanism is simultaneous context — holding multiple domains live at the same time and letting them collide. For people who can't retrieve on demand, this isn't a productivity hack. It's the only way the connections form at all. You'll call it distraction. We call it the engine.

Wealth Flows, Power Doesn't

Resources can be distributed. Control cannot. Power is zero-sum. Wealth isn't. Build systems where wealth flows horizontally and vertically — toward the people working and toward the mission. The moment power centralizes, the system becomes brittle.
